Provision of Services

In 2012 Motse wa Badiri launched a Learning for Living and Work Level 1 Certificate.
The core areas of this programme are:

Personal Social Development:
Learning to communicate and develop interpersonal skills.
Learners are encouraged to have personal leadership in decision making.

Functional Skills Learning:
Communication skills which include reading, writing and numeracy as well as computer skills.

This includes the horticulture programme where learners participate in different horticultural activities which include the tree and plant nursery, compost unit, crop planting, harvesting and maintenance.

Community inclusion and employment.
Motse Wa Badiri supports learners to develop long term goals and work towards them. Often these goals will include the aim of becoming employees or establishing sustainable income generating projects. Motse Wa Badiri supports graduating learners to find employment in their own community as well as supporting them to establish income generating projects in their own community.
